How to recognize the mental illness renters? Now they win the battle supported by Taiwan government

1. They don't have job. Most of them stayed an area to make they easy to live without any work.

Most of them like to live in a tourism popular place. My renters are very healthy but don't want to work.

2. They are dirty which sometimes can't be recognized .

3. They are very sweet in your face but will make a story to tell others that their landlord are bad

4. They made noises to hurt landlord which are murder cases in Taiwan.

5. They use Birth as an excuse to make government listening but not house owners.

6. They use religious to become a group to hurt house owners.

7. They can have sex in the dirty house but can't recognie it. Dirty enivernment made them exciting. Most of them are mental illness that don't believe living in a clean environment is a basic of human, but believe that " long life should basic on easy "

8. Most of them can't wake up in the morning with drug and Alcohol problems .

9. They believe that " long time renter is human right" that don't want to work as " royal women type"

10. They will revenge landlord to discontinue the contract by destroy the house even follow the landlords.

I am not against Taiwan government trying to lower house price but the renters revenge act should consider a serious Crimes

Most of them have mental illness don't have job . Some of them have drug and alcohol problems with easy job like taxi drivers. Some refused to cooperate with the fire safety regulations or the house owner have to maintain the house to meet social safety . Once they think they can rent a house by nonstop harassment house owner. The government lost its basic fuction is protect good citizens' properties. As lower landlords' income or other illegal punishments make Taiwan government need to think their acts should be right?

Mental illness couple can do sex in our apt in good healthy bodies without regular jobs . This is how revenge us back after 4 years. I gave them the newest decros with big suite when I sign the contract. One feature of mental illness is that they can still have life in a dirty place. They intended into their life to dirty, some even excite about that.

Case 2 , the professional with many fraud cases to put garages in the public bathroom and hallway for weeks and refused to clean then called me " psycho" to shot her door in front of me. I saved her life not to fall by her carbin beside her door if earthquake happens.

Their top and rile attitute made us to think why we maintain building safety fee and landor house tax? Because whole apt is his. The apt also became dirty hard to live that gave us a garage hide up the celling that my father can't even believe he was nice as look .

A good house manager has right to protect others same as themselves. My case is not usual since most of them are crimicals. This is a true story to tell other house owners have right to stand by their own.
