People are not Government , they pay for that. A bad government support Fraud should not win. A good hotel department had been destroyed by the power , all of us suffered. ( true story)

When I stared to design and recostructed a old money apartment , I faced many challaged that fraud tenants control the power of government. They are healthy people, but many of them don't want to go to work but drug and drink for the whole day. They are not happy I cleaned the neighbors and the whole house because their midsets are that if this area became clean, the rent would go high. They are long time renters whose contract were terminated. However, The contract one years sign to be dismiss legally is obeyed by LAW to ask the landlord to fix the house in order to meet the social safety . ( for example I reconstructed and strong the air conditioners‘ positions in order to not let them fall down directly to the street)

Taiwan government have never appreciate we, as a house owner or landlord. The main target on me because the old money house have been occupied by these people even the house owners give up the house not to fix or manage the house condition. Until I manage the house to fight for the whole systems illegally.

The first time Taiwan governmnet punish me to ask people not to rent the room to publish the house address, then put the fake reviews. Even no show to make me pay fo international booking website. Because fraud renters get to gether to claim they would get the subsidy but not me , as the house manager to ask the keep the hallway clean or not let the shoe cabinet fall to become the obstacles when the earthquick come not let them safe out. However, these renters were not happy to refused to obey the contract and clean . They win at the first time because they got subsity , me lost the income.

The second time, Taiwan government supported Fraud renters to punish me . When the April 3 2025 big earthquick came . I stayed in the Hualien city to take care my customers from Australia , my whole apartment safety and family . Because my design and managment , all of them are safe by. me 24 house to clean and work to sleep on the floor near the door to be respond quickly to help my and neighbors. My other tenants in Taipei who are beautiful mothers angry about I didn't respond quickly to meet them when I a disaster victims, to ask me for reparations even I return the deposits. They threatened me , I would suffer later. When the earthquake happened , the government didn't take care for us. But support Who teenage made the App or busy on making the soud which to the opposite to make weapon to agaist China that kind of shit. The fraud tenants win the second time.

Therefore later, once I went out , some cars would following me to make the big noise " Psyco" on me. It became bigger to follow me to other countries.

Later in 2025 Taiwan government has new law to ask the landlord can't lowe 3 years rental time and a series law to punish a single landlord.
