Unlike westen worship personal success, Taiwan cuture encourage group work. They are best co work to acheve something but not hungry to make independent breakthougth. The professional to destroy landlords spread to other countries that welcome by those countries have high house price.

Our society face the biggest challage that if we should encourage these professionals happen to hurt our future by telling people this is wrong that hardworking since kids should not have a normal life even by invest or clean up their houses? Sometimes, its because they are lazy too long or ask too much.

Thats see my case that I need to be punished. One of my tanents hve lived for almost 10 years that refused to let us in to fix things He is unhappy we discontune the contract Our suite have a beautiful balcony with views and elevator. He only bought a TV and freigtor that claimed this was his apt with cocky attitude for just usd 200. What I pay? Water bill every month, water tower clean, elevator maintain fee, Land Tax , house tax , insureance every year. Apt clean fee and other fix fee.

They have never love Taiwan since they traveled a lot or study abroad.

Thats why , this time when I first time visit South Korea, the policeman announced if you don't have job , should not visit them for join something. Some went there to develop this career by follow me , maybe plan other things that i didn't knew.
